As an Infographiste (Graphic Designer), you will contribute to the creative and production processes that shape the company’s visual communications. Reporting to the Client and Production Director, you will be responsible for designing, following up, and validating complex advertising materials across multiple platforms. This position requires exceptional design skills, technical precision, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting production deadlines.
Design complex, multi-platform advertisements from basic instructions or client briefs.
Make layout adjustments and apply corrections as required.
Plan, manage, and communicate details of special design projects effectively.
Process and convert files in various formats (PDF, JPG, etc.) and perform advanced photo retouching.
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain advertising materials that comply with production and printing standards.
Oversee page imposition (logos placement, header/footer updates) in adherence to production standards and deadlines.
Use Adman production software to track advertising materials through all stages — design, approval, and readiness for delivery.
Perform technical validation of incoming visual assets to ensure quality and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.).
Solid understanding of editorial processes (print and/or digital).
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical design issues.
Creative mindset with excellent visual design sensibility.
Ability to comprehend and execute creative concepts with attention to detail.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
