We are looking for a Graphic Design Coordinator to join our small and scrappy team. This role will report to our Lead Graphic Designer and will have the opportunity to work across a large number of brands and within the Digital and PR spectrum.

Job responsibilities

  • Working with the team, concept and design and/or develop copy for a wide range of clients and marketing initiatives – from integrated campaigns to real-time social content
  • Graphic design support across all social platforms
  • Development of client/internal sizzle reels and supers
  • Participate in idea generation – fueled by insights and designed to drive clients’ business
  • Support design team with image searches, asset management etc.
  • Assist in developing content calendars
  • Assist in producing content, including photography, design, packaging for mailers, etc.
  • Help in building and designing marketing materials, including new business decks, reports, etc.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of design experience
  • Lives the language of graphic design, the internet, and social media – can execute everything from an organic TikTok campaign to a stunt that plays out on Reddit (and you know what Reddit is!)
  • Demonstrated successful working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Canva and Capcut
  • Video editing experience is an asset but not a requirement
  • Have proven written and/or design examples of past creative ideations or project based creative thinking
  • Have a strong ability to explain creative ideas and rationality behind the direction of your work
  • Good writing skills with solid grammar, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to work with a team cohesively, is proactive and curious and will ask questions.
