Description:
SOTI, a global leader in mobile and IoT device management solutions, is seeking a Director, Global Business Operations to lead and optimize its worldwide business operations function. This senior leadership role will oversee strategic alignment between sales, marketing, enablement, and customer success teams to drive performance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across all regions.
The Global Director will report directly to the VP of Business Operations, providing strategic direction, leadership, and execution oversight to ensure SOTI’s continued growth and operational success in the global technology landscape.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive global business operations strategy aligned with SOTI’s overall business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales priorities, performance goals, and go-to-market strategies.
Drive global consistency in processes and reporting while accommodating regional sales nuances and market needs.
Sales Performance & Forecasting
Lead global forecasting and performance tracking to ensure accuracy, predictability, and transparency.
Monitor KPIs, quotas, and pipeline metrics to identify risks and recommend corrective measures.
Deliver executive-level insights and reports to guide strategic business decisions.
Process & Enablement
Design and refine scalable sales processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Partner with enablement teams to ensure onboarding, training, and tool usage maximize productivity.
Strengthen deal management and pipeline visibility while enforcing disciplined forecasting practices.
Systems & Tools
Oversee the global sales technology stack, including CRM systems, forecasting, and analytics tools.
Work closely with IT and business systems teams to ensure tool integration, user adoption, and continuous innovation.
Evaluate new technologies and automation solutions to enhance global sales productivity.
Revenue Operations & Governance
Manage pricing governance, discounting policies, and global contract workflows.
Ensure financial accuracy and compliance across regional operations.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global business operations team.
Foster collaboration across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones.
Promote a performance-oriented and data-driven culture within the organization.
Minimum 12 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably within enterprise B2B or SaaS environments.
At least 5 years in a global leadership role managing cross-regional operations.
Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
Proven ability to drive forecasting accuracy, sales enablement, and operational efficiency at scale.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving global organization.
