Description:
- Maintain and enhance the process, cadence and the templates required for GDC financial planning and rate card development
- Work with the central KDN Finance team to develop and enhance guiding principles for KDN Advisory GDC rate cards
- Coordinate with Delivery Center F&A teams to set budgets for each GDC location
GDC P&L Management and Controls
- Manage the overall process, cadence, and templates for GDC P&Ls reporting / tracking
- Understand and continue to enhance various cost categories within GDCs
- Track revenue actuals, forecasts, and projections against plan
GDC Operational Reporting
- Under the guidance of the Head of Finance KDN Advisory develop guidelines for the contracted GDCs in respect of engagement setup and time recording and work with GDC reporting teams to ensure that accurate performance data is provided to KDN Advisory within the agreed timelines
- Maintain and enhance the process, cadence and the templates required for GDC Operational reporting - Headcount, Utilization, Country Usage and Financials
- Review and publish monthly operations dashboard for leadership consumption and facilitate monthly operations review meetings
