Description:

Maple Leaf Foods Inc is seeking General Labourers to join their Hamilton team in a fast-paced, highly automated food production environment. This role involves performing basic packaging, quality checks, and other operational tasks essential to the food processing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed cartons into machines.

• Check and weigh materials and/or products.

• Manually pack products into bags, cartons, or other containers.

• Remove finished goods cartons from conveyors and place them on pallets.

• Inspect products and packaging for basic quality defects.

• Perform clean-up and other assigned elemental activities.

• Participate in a team-focused environment with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and currently reside in Canada.

• Availability for full-time hours Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays for overtime.

• Flexibility for 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with varying days between Monday-Saturday.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
