Job Description:

The Bilingual Workday Functional Architect will provide expert Workday HCM support and consultancy, leading end-to-end system design, implementation, and post-production optimization. The role includes mentoring junior consultants, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering high-quality client service. This is a future-oriented role for building an engaged pipeline of skilled Workday architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and post-production optimizations.

• Gather, analyze, and translate client business requirements into system design solutions.

• Provide expert guidance across Workday modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.

• Troubleshoot and design scalable solutions for system enhancements.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams.

• Ensure ongoing successful post-deployment operations of Workday solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to improve business processes through technology.

Mandatory Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ Workday experience with focus on system architecture and functional design.

• Proficiency in Workday HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).

• Strong understanding of system integrations and data analysis.

• Bilingual in French and English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Relevant Workday certifications highly desirable.
