Functional Analyst

LGS, an IBM Company, is seeking a Functional Analyst specialized in Oracle Cloud EPM to join its growing digital transformation team in Montreal, QC. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting major IT projects for clients across public and private sectors. The role involves analyzing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud EPM applications to meet evolving business needs.

At LGS, you'll work at the IBM Client Innovation Centre (CIC) in Quebec, collaborating closely with professionals in various technology domains. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client business processes and map them effectively within Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

• Provide functional leadership in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and optimization projects.

• Identify, design, and propose new functional solutions and enhancements based on client needs and Oracle Cloud EPM capabilities.

• Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM modules.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

• Maintain clear communication and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support training, documentation, and post-deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a functional role with Oracle Cloud EPM.

• Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM features and tools.

• Hands-on experience with implementation and deployment of Oracle business solutions.

• Strong understanding of business process mapping and improvement.
