What You’ll Do
- Lead technical setup/optimization of our website, AWS cloud, and app for AEO, GEO, SEO, and accessibility (PWD)
- Implement digital agreements, e-signature, and secure AWS-based document storage
- Build/maintain agentic AI workflows for landlords, tenants, realtors, and brokers
- Help productize and sell our AI marketing bots
- Ensure safe, secure onboarding and support continuous learning for our AI algorithms
- Collaborate with a remote, cross-functional, and mission-driven team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in full-stack web/app development (React, Node, Python, etc.)
- Strong AWS cloud architecture, security, and compliance skills (PIPEDA/GDPR)
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), inclusive UX/UI design expertise
- AI/ML workflow and bot integration experience
- Familiarity with e-signature APIs and secure document management
- Startup/scale-up mindset: resourceful, collaborative, and mission-aligned
- Based in Canada (open to all provinces)

- Experience with real estate, proptech, or housing platforms
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
