Full Stack Developer

Direct IT Recruiting Inc., a WBE Canada Certified firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join its dynamic healthcare-focused development team. The role involves working on mission-critical enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, and EMR solutions within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will contribute to modernizing the core CRM Health system and related applications while leveraging a wide range of modern technologies.

The role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a 100% remote capacity, developing scalable software solutions, collaborating in an Agile environment, and delivering high-quality applications that directly impact healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application & Feature Development: Design, develop, and enhance new and existing applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Build and optimize applications on the Microsoft Azure platform, applying DevOps practices and automation for streamlined deployments.

• API Development: Develop robust APIs tailored for healthcare-specific CRM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.

• UI/UX Implementation: Propose and design intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex workflows.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

• Testing & Review: Conduct performance testing, participate in peer code reviews, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

• Rapid Prototyping: Prototype features quickly to support continuous improvement and rapid release cycles.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, React Native, Angular 17, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Telerik Kendo UI, SQL Server, JSON, Bootstrap, and Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise.

• Healthcare Systems: Experience with EMR, FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare-related systems is highly desirable.

• Database Skills: Solid experience in SQL and relational database development.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.

• Agile Practices: Comfortable working in Agile environments with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within deadlines.

• Other Skills: Strong problem-solving, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
