Front Desk Coordinator

 

Description:

As a member of our front desk reception team, your duties will include, greeting and welcoming clients with a smile, escorting them to the waiting area, scheduling client appointments, developing product knowledge and recommending and selling products to our clients, directing inquires, providing information, assisting with checkouts as well as a number of administrative tasks and special projects and events. As well as, disinfecting high-touch surfaces throughout your shifts, like door handles throughout the Medispa, as per our COVID-19 protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in reception in a spa or medical environment
  • Must have superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to maintain world-class operating standards
  • Must have a positive disposition and action-oriented attitude
  • Possibility of working one evening a week, dependent on the needs of the medispa location as well as one to two Saturdays per month.
  • Must be available full-time.
