Description:

Realty Studios, a leader in property visualization, is actively seeking talented and dedicated Freelance Photographers to join its growing creative network. This is a contract-based, on-site opportunity based in Toronto, providing the chance to work with a diverse range of real estate projects including commercial buildings, residential properties, restaurants, retail establishments, and industrial locations.

This role is ideal for photographers who have an eye for architectural detail and the ability to visually communicate the value of properties through high-quality imagery. Realty Studios provides an extensive training program to ensure all freelancers meet the company’s elite standards of visual excellence and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property site visits according to scheduled appointments.

• Capture vibrant, professional-grade photographs that convey the true character of the property.

• Represent Realty Studios professionally while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

• Deliver finalized images within hours of the photoshoot, maintaining prompt turnaround times.

• Ensure all photographs meet Realty Studios’ brand and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Must be available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends preferred.

• Must own a high-resolution camera (mirrorless preferred) with a wide-angle lens, and have experience with flash and Flambient photography.

• Personal transportation is required for traveling to various job sites.

• Proficiency in editing software including Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Experience using laser measuring devices is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in property or real estate photography.

• Strong commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and client service.

• Open availability and flexibility will be considered a strong asset.

• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, ideally between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Compensation:

• Payment is per site visit and is determined by factors such as the travel distance and complexity of the assignment.
