Tribe Network is looking for a Founder Success Lead to serve as an advocate and connector for 2SLGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs, supporting them in overcoming systemic barriers, accessing critical resources, and building sustainable businesses. The ideal candidate will use both professional expertise and lived experience to foster inclusion and provide personalized mentorship that champions the unique strengths and challenges of these founders.
Ecosystem Connection & Founder Advocacy
Serve as the primary point of contact for 2SLGBTQIA+ founders and ecosystem partners.
Build trusting relationships by offering culturally informed and relatable support.
Connect entrepreneurs with funding, mentorship, education, and other key resources.
Maintain a resource database tailored to the needs of 2SLGBTQIA+ founders.
Founder Support & Development
Work with founders to create individualized success plans, helping them define goals and track progress.
Provide mentorship and guidance on business challenges such as accessing capital, scaling businesses, and navigating bias.
Offer tailored advice on intersectionality, recognizing how race, gender identity, and sexuality impact experiences.
Program & Mentorship Coordination
Lead mentorship programs, connecting founders with experienced mentors.
Oversee founder recruitment, assessment, and onboarding for startup programs.
Partner with external experts, consultants, and community organizations to enhance program offerings.
Develop new initiatives and workshops to support underrepresented founders.
Community Building & Networking
Create safe, affirming spaces through events, workshops, and peer networking opportunities.
Facilitate strategic introductions between founders, mentors, and stakeholders to expand professional networks.
Promote community-driven solutions by integrating founder feedback into program development.
Strategic Insights & Ecosystem Growth
Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and market developments affecting 2SLGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs.
Advocate for equity, inclusion, and access within the startup ecosystem.
Support Tribe Network’s growth by identifying best practices for inclusive program delivery.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Entrepreneurial experience (as a founder or in a related role).
Experience working with or advocating for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills, particularly with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Excellent engagement and deep listening skills.
Ability to identify and share resources effectively.
French fluency (written and verbal) is an asset.

Monthly salary: 5,166 - 5,833
