Description:

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp., a leading North American manufacturer of baked goods for over 30 years and part of the Mondelēz family, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader. This role is responsible for driving process and capability improvements to deliver breakthrough results in plant productivity, reliability, and waste reduction. The position involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, coaching cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting plant leadership in daily operational reviews, problem-solving initiatives, data analysis, metric reporting, and loss elimination efforts.

• Implementing change management principles at all levels of the plant by coaching and engaging employees.

• Developing and executing projects aligned with plant productivity targets and loss analysis.

• Validating and optimizing processes including changeovers, sanitation, cleaning in place (CIL), and center lining.

• Training employees on new tools and methodologies such as standard work, TPM tools, gap analysis, data analysis, and loss analysis.

• Leading and supporting cross-functional teams throughout continuous improvement project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Production roles (industrial food manufacturing preferred).

• Prior experience leading CI projects using Lean methodologies (5S, Kanban, Visual Management, etc.).

• Six Sigma certification is a strong asset.

• Proven ability to lead transformation efforts, manage change, and engage stakeholders.

• Strong coaching, influencing, and decision-making skills across all organizational levels.

• Ability to balance corporate lean standardization with site-specific best practices.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and leadership skills to drive and sustain improvements.
