Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Counter Attendants to join fast-food and quick-service restaurant clients in Brampton, Ontario. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing quality customer service and maintaining smooth front-line operations in a dynamic, high-paced food service environment.
The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for greeting customers, accurately taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and counter areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours. This position is well-suited for individuals aiming to establish a long-term career in the Canadian food service industry, with potential immigration support for eligible candidates already residing in Canada.
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
Operate POS systems for payment processing.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
Package take-out food efficiently and manage stock at service stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and counter areas.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols.
Assist kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow.
Full-time position with flexible shifts.
Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.
On-site work in Brampton, Ontario.
No formal education required; a high school diploma is an asset.
Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or a customer-facing role preferred.
English proficiency at CLB 5 or higher.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Hourly wage: CA$17.50 – CA$18.50 (approximately CA$3,033 – CA$3,203 per month) based on experience and location.
