Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and comprehensive training scripts to support automated flight training technologies.
• Collaborate with our R&D team to align training content with the capabilities of our simulation tools.
• Provide expertise in early-stage single-engine, fixed-wing flight training to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in training materials.
• Contribute to the refinement of flight training modules based on feedback and evolving technology.

Required Qualifications:

• Current or former Military A-Category Flight Instructor or Civilian Class 1 or Class 2 Flight Instructor.
• Lesser qualifications will be considered for suitably talented and motivated applicants.
• Proven experience in delivering early-stage single-engine, fixed-wing flight training.
• Strong understanding of flight training methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native or fluent in written English, with strong communication skills.

Experience Level:

• Demonstrated experience in early-stage single-engine, fixed-wing flight training is essential.
