TPH, a leading Canadian printing company operating 65 production centres nationwide, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finishing & Fabrication Specialist to join their team in Downtown Toronto. This role involves handling the final production processes, ensuring that customer orders meet the company’s renowned quality standards.

The specialist will work with a variety of printed items, from business cards to large 4 ft. by 8 ft. mounted prints, performing critical post-press finishing tasks that add the final touch to each project. Key Responsibilities

• Perform post-press finishing tasks including cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and trimming.

• Bind documents using Cerlox, coil, or wiro binding methods.

• Staple, crease, sort, and prepare materials to final specifications.

• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Ability to work with various print sizes and materials.

• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and adaptable personality.

• Previous experience in bindery, print finishing, or fabrication is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $19 – $20 per hour (approx. $3040 – $3200/month).
