We are looking for an efficient, confident, organized and resourceful individual to help us manage the day to day noise in our office. You are patient and can assist customers on their worst days and you are also highly motivated to talk to other customers about their insurance needs and pivot to other lines of insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet goals.

Requirements:

  • Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent organizational skill with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Works well in team environment
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a General Insurance license
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
