Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Educate customers on the features and benefits of financial products, including credit cards.
• Drive sales, brand awareness, and advocacy in-store and at kiosks.
• Find creative ways to engage customers and highlight product benefits.

✅ Customer Service & Relationship Building:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Handle customer information with high confidentiality.

✅ Teamwork & Communication:

• Work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
• Communicate key messages effectively to customers.

Requirements:
