A growing company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its dynamic and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis and budgeting, working closely with various teams to optimize profitability and improve financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and track budgets and financial forecasts
✔ Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing insightful explanations
✔ Prepare financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
✔ Collaborate with different teams to improve processes and profitability
✔ Assist in month-end closings and accounting adjustments
✔ Work with large datasets in Excel and Power BI

Qualifications & Requirements:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Mandatory)
📌 CPA designation is an asset
📌 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
📌 Bilingual (French & English required)
📌 Expertise in Excel (Mandatory) and Power BI (Preferred)
📌 Experience with ERP systems like Dynamics 365 is a plus
