Required Qualifications:

  • Two (2)- year College Diploma in Office-Administration - Executive or Business Administration;
  • Five (5) - years experience in office administration in a complex office environment, expertise required in accounting and/or budget analysis; event planning and implementation; marketing principles; managing day-to-day operations; and previous experience working within confidential work settings;
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
  • Experience working in Adaptive Insights and WorkDay would be an asset;
  • Experience working in a budgeting/financial monitoring role within government funded programs;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Highly organized;
  • Works well within a team environment;
  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral);
  • Valid Class G Ontario Driver's license.
