Finance Technology & Strategy Manager
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology, translating business needs into actionable system solutions
- Lead and coordinate financial systems initiatives, including ERP enhancements, cloud transitions, and process automation projects
- Guide requirements gathering, process design, testing, and implementation planning for finance systems
- Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and technical specialists to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance without formal authority, keeping initiatives moving forward through collaboration and influence
- Serve as the long-term owner of the organization’s finance systems strategy, championing process improvements and best practices
- Support adoption and optimization of financial systems across the organization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight
Requirements
- CPA designation or equivalent finance leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting financial systems implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements
- Ability to bridge finance and technology conversations with clarity, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Strong project ownership mindset, able to drive outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments
