Description:
Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Vendor Finance Manager to join its Global Vendor Management Office (VMO) within Deloitte Global Technology. This role focuses on managing the financial aspects of Deloitte’s global software product portfolio, overseeing license pricing, vendor spend, and software forecasting.
As a critical member of Deloitte’s global technology finance ecosystem, you will collaborate with finance, technology, and vendor teams across multiple geographies to ensure efficient financial management of enterprise software assets. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial aspects of global software licensing, including unit pricing, usage tracking, and budget forecasting.
Oversee software spend across Deloitte’s global organization, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Category Managers, Technology Finance, and Global Finance teams to align on spend forecasts and reconciliation.
Define and facilitate communication between contract/category managers and product program teams to ensure accurate pricing and forecasting.
Support the Vendor Management Office (VMO) in maintaining oversight of Deloitte’s vendor license estates following IT Asset Management (ITAM) standards.
Analyze vendor invoicing against forecasts, identify anomalies, and collaborate with finance teams for variance analysis and resolution.
Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms for software license monitoring using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
Assist member firms globally with software license consumption, education, and compliance.
Evaluate process improvement opportunities and recommend changes to optimize vendor financial management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on technology vendors or vendor management.
Strong experience managing enterprise-level software licensing for major vendors (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Adobe).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to manage distributed teams, collaborate across business functions, and handle multi-vendor financial processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders from executives to administrators.
Analytical mindset with strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Competitive salary range: CA$85,000–CA$156,000 per year (CA$7083–CA$13000/month)
