As a Manager – Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO), you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective ERP solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
This role blends technical leadership, business acumen, and strategic implementation skills, requiring strong experience managing full lifecycle ERP deployments—from Analysis, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy through Support.
You will act as both a solution architect and team leader, ensuring that all implementations align with business goals and Deloitte’s standards for quality and innovation.
Lead and manage teams of Deloitte professionals to design, implement, and optimize D365FO solutions.
Engage directly with clients to assess requirements and architect solutions that meet operational, financial, and compliance needs.
Provide technical leadership through all project phases, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
Collaborate with functional and technical consultants, as well as nearshore/offshore Deloitte delivery centers.
Participate in pre-sales activities and solution qualification.
Maintain up-to-date expertise in D365 platform features, Azure capabilities, and ISV products.
Support client transitions from legacy on-premises systems to cloud-based ERP environments.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Graduate degree, professional designation, or certification preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in consulting, focusing on ERP implementation.
5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365FO in a leadership or hands-on capacity.
Minimum of 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Azure platform, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and AppSource.
Experience integrating third-party systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
Willingness to travel within North America as required.
Strategic mindset with hands-on technical proficiency.
Excitement around emerging technologies balanced by sound financial and operational judgment.
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and diverse client environments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex ERP contexts.
