Description:
Raas Infotek is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst to deliver high-quality technical assistance for end users, including C-level executives, and provide on-site “hands and feet” support for data center operations. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting Windows/Mac systems, hardware support, and ITSM best practices, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and network connectivity
Provide white-glove support to executives and VIP users
Perform staging, imaging, asset tagging, and stockroom organization
Support data center tasks: racking, cabling, equipment swaps, physical troubleshooting
Log incidents/requests in ServiceNow and document solutions
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated issues
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and hardware provisioning
Travel between offices/data centers as needed
Qualifications:
2–4 years of IT support experience
Strong Windows 10/11 and Mac OS troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with VPN, remote access, and connectivity troubleshooting
Hands-on data center experience (racking, cabling, asset management)
Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel
