Field Service Technician

Description:

Storm Internet Services has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician based out of our Chesterville office.

Reporting to the Manager of Field Operations, the Field Service Technician will assist in expanding Storm’s wireless network and customer base in the Ottawa Valley South region. Duties will include conducting residential and commercial site surveys, field reports, installations, repairs, and infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.

Qualified candidates will be physically fit, mechanically inclined, tech savvy, enjoy working outdoors and have no fear of heights. A clean driver’s abstract is required and a criminal background check will be performed.

Previous wireless experience or education in a relevant electro-mechanical technician program will be considered as desirable assets.

Storm will provide Climbing-at-Heights certification and other job-related training as required.
