Description:
Acosta Canada Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Manager Field Account IV to join its CORE Foodservice team. This role requires working closely with Account Executives and Distributor Sales Teams to foster strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and execute strategic business plans in the foodservice industry.
As a Field Account Manager IV, you will develop relationships within client organizations, identify new business opportunities, and support distributor partnerships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, planning promotional activities, coordinating sales calls, addressing quality control issues, and supporting food show planning and execution.
This role demands a professional who can maintain a wide network of industry contacts, gain the respect of sales management teams, and effectively follow through on opportunities. Success will rely on your ability to communicate with principals, provide timely updates, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize line penetration and competitive advantage.
Develop and implement strategic sales and promotional plans to expand client business.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Division Managers on new opportunities including product launches, line penetration, and competitive intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales teams, VP of Sales, and account managers.
Monitor stock status sheets, communicate changes, and report results regularly.
Plan and coordinate sales calls, meetings, and principal visits with effective follow-up strategies.
Address quality control concerns and ensure resolution processes are followed.
Support food show planning, execution, and lead generation initiatives.
Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management (preferably in foodservice or retail).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong follow-through ability.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for results.
Team player who can also work independently.
Advanced knowledge of Intelligency CRM system.
Valid driver’s license required.
