As a Fertility Clinical Specialist for Canada, you will apply your medical and clinical expertise to support and enhance Carrot’s fertility program in Canada by:

  • Providing expert guidance on up-to-date regulations and real-world fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies in Canada.

  • Staying current with Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority (HFEA) guidelines and ensuring alignment with Canadian laws and standards.

  • Advising on country-specific clinical practices and emerging fertility trends.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to adapt fertility programs to meet Canadian patients' dynamic needs.

  • Offering clinical and scientific guidance to Carrot’s clinical and other teams to ensure culturally sensitive and relevant services.

  • Reviewing and summarizing latest scientific literature on fertility treatments and reproductive endocrinology.

  • Participating in virtual discussions to share insights with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • Licensed by relevant provincial medical regulatory authority in Canada.

  • Medical degree specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Minimum 5 years clinical practice in reproductive health, menopause, and pregnancy care.

  • Experience at supervising or lead physician level in obstetrics and gynecology.

  • Strong knowledge of reproductive health diseases, conditions, and treatments, including lifestyle factors.


Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in clinical research and summarizing medical databases.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work remotely with reliable online resources and a confidential workspace.

  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness regarding reproductive health and family-building.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Active clinical and research experience in reproductive endocrinology and fertility.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective knowledge sharing.
