Eligibility Requirements:

• CCFP (Canadian College of Family Physicians) certification or eligibility for CCFP certification.
• Completion of training in one of the approved jurisdictions recognized by the College of Family Physicians, including Canada, USA, Australia, Ireland, and UK. Physicians meeting this criterion may be eligible for CCFP certification without examination.
