Family Physician

 

Description:

Klinic Community Health is seeking a Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care and specialized clinical services to diverse communities in Winnipeg. This position involves direct care delivery in primary care clinics as well as specialized programs such as Gender Affirming Care, Addictions Treatment, STI services, and Pap clinics. Physicians will serve patients of all ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and ethnic backgrounds, focusing on the holistic management of health conditions and the impact of social determinants of health.

As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and physiological disorders, acting as a primary care provider, and coordinating ongoing patient care. The role also includes delivering care in family practice settings and occasionally in other community-based locations. Physicians at Klinic work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve community health outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).

  • Doctor of Medicine Degree is required.

  • Minimum three years of family practice experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in English for clinical duties.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 305427 CAD annually (approx. 25452 CAD per month) or 146.84 CAD hourly.
