The organization is a prestigious Private Investment Office serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families known for their contributions to business, public service, and philanthropy. The team acts as an Outsourced-Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) and handles tax planning, accounting, and compliance for UHNW clients.
As a Family Office Services Associate, you will support this experienced team by collaborating on complex tax structuring and developing forward-thinking strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs. You will participate actively in financial planning and family office operations discussions, perform in-depth tax analysis and modeling, and contribute to a variety of projects ranging from routine to complex.
Support the OCIO team with tax planning, accounting, and compliance for UHNW families
Collaborate on complex tax structuring and develop client-specific strategies
Engage actively in team discussions on financial planning and family office operations
Conduct detailed analysis and modeling to inform tax-efficient strategies
Manage projects of varying scope, from routine to complex tasks
Strong tax knowledge from working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or financial services clients
Experience at a Big 6 accounting firm, ideally in the Tax Practice, preferably with Financial Services or HNW specialization
CPA certified or in progress (CPA In-Depth Tax Course completion highly preferred)
Intellectual curiosity combined with kindness and humility

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience with holding companies or trusts is highly relevant, even if not strictly from Family Office/HNW practice
