Our lawyers provide limited-scope retainer work for those clients who are self-representing in family law matters or requiring mediation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highly strategic limited-scope retainer work for clients wishing to self-represent in family law cases.
• Develop legal documentation and correspondence with clients to assist them in managing their cases effectively.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and, when applicable, negotiate or mediate settlements on a flat fee basis.

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of seven years of experience as a family lawyer.
• Conscientious and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Prior trial experience, though note that this position does not involve family trial work.
