Ricketts Harris LLP is a full-service law firm with 24 lawyers and a bustling Family Law group. We are looking to add 2 Family Law Associates with 2-8 years' experience to our incredible group. Our lawyers are leaders in their field and will expose you to a wide range of family law matters. This position offers a terrific opportunity to grow your skills, take ownership and leadership on files, and help manage complex matters. Who are You?
- Our ideal candidates have 2–8 years of experience in family law and are able to manage files from inception through to the Superior Court level, both independently and as part of a team.
- You have strong written advocacy and legal research skills, and are proficient with Divorcemate.
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- You are entrepreneurial and have a demonstrated interest in networking, business development, and profile-building.
- You are a team-player, willing to help out with the little things that help to make our firm both fun and functional; from organizing marketing events to pitching in with our Thoughtfulness Committee, and more
