As an Eyecare Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and helping them find eyewear that fits their vision needs and personal style. You will introduce customers to the Specsavers standard of quality care, guiding them through the eyewear selection process and providing styling advice. For many, you may even be the person who helps them experience contact lenses for the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of Specsavers, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.

• Guide customers through eyewear options, offering expert styling advice and product knowledge.

• Support customers in adapting to new eyewear, including contact lenses.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by exceeding expectations and building long-term relationships.

• Embrace the Specsavers Customer Experience model, focusing on customer satisfaction rather than short-term sales.

• Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain high service and technical standards.

• Demonstrate flexibility by working retail shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm for learning new skills.

• No prior optical experience required—full training and support provided.
