    In this critical Executive Office role, you'll act as the ultimate liaison; interfacing with all levels of management, external agencies, boards, committees, customers, and government officials to prioritize departmental objectives and priorities. Your exceptional organization and communication skills, coupled with strategic insight and operational know-how will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives forward.

    In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a key integrator—translating vision into action, coordinating across departments, and ensuring alignment between executive priorities and organizational execution. Confidentiality is paramount, as you'll handle sensitive corporate and executive leadership matters with the utmost professionalism.

    Specific Accountabilities

    Qualifications

    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
     
    • Provides proactive executive support to multiple Vice Presidents.
    • Manages complex calendars, priorities, meetings, and travel.
    • Prepares briefing notes, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
    • Tracks deliverables and follows up on executive commitments.
    • Coordinates Executive and Board Committee meetings and materials.
    • Liaises with Board members, Corporate Secretary functions, and internal contributors.
    • Ensures confidentiality and adherence to governance standards.
    • Supports business planning, reporting, and executive projects.
    • Maintains executive records and document repositories.
    • Provides executive office backup and continuity support.
       
    • Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration.
    • Five (5) or more years of senior administrative experience supporting executives.
    • Experience supporting Board and governance processes is an asset.
    • Demonstrated independent decision-making skills.
    • Executive-level communication skills.
    • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate diplomatic skills.
    • The ability to collaborate effectively and influence others.
