Description:

A prestigious privately owned real estate investment firm in downtown Toronto is hiring a Rooftop Lounge & Amenity Concierge to manage and elevate the experience of its premium rooftop and lounge spaces at its newly renovated 12-storey office building located at 48 Yonge Street.

This role is central to delivering a high-end, community-driven experience for office tenants and guests. From greeting visitors to coordinating events and managing facility operations, the concierge ensures the amenity space is always functional, engaging, and aligned with the brand's premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality & Concierge:

  • Welcome and assist tenants and guests with professionalism and warmth.

  • Provide facility tours and answer inquiries regarding amenities.

  • Manage feedback and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain a clean, polished environment and serve refreshments.

Facility Operations:

  • Open and set up the rooftop lounge and patio each morning.

  • Perform daily walkthroughs for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

  • Replenish supplies and arrange for minor maintenance when necessary.

Event Coordination:

  • Oversee room bookings and set up for meetings and events.

  • Liaise with vendors and building staff for catering, AV setup, and security.

  • Support events from start to finish, including front-of-house duties.

  • Track event usage and collect feedback for service improvement.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Promote lounge services and events through social media, emails, signage, and newsletters.

  • Develop tenant engagement strategies to boost participation and satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for event bookings and partnerships.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain inventory records and assist with invoice tracking.

  • Ensure strict compliance with building policies and safety protocols.

Key Attributes & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, event coordination, or facility management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.

  • Social media savvy with a passion for creating engaging experiences.

  • A proactive, client-focused mindset and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning team.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Type: Full-Time, On-site

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Salary: CAD $21–$25/hour (CAD $3360–$4000/month)
