Description:

Spaulding Ridge, a global advisory and IT implementation firm, is seeking an Oracle EPM Solution Architect to join its Finance & Operations practice. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions using Oracle EPM, supporting clients from strategy through full-cycle implementation and business transformation. The architect will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive innovative, effective EPM solutions that enhance financial clarity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EPM solutions through full cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.

• Spearhead pre-sales activities including client introductions, solution scoping, estimate drafting, proposal creation, and statement of work development.

• Collaborate with internal and client-side resources, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.

• Apply creative problem-solving skills to address business challenges using EPM technologies.

• Adhere to company delivery methodologies and project standards, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

• Contribute to practice growth through revenue attainment, sales and marketing asset development, vendor partnerships, training, recruiting, and staffing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with EPM/CPM applications, including Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud).

• Strong understanding of financial processes: financial close, consolidations, reporting, FP&A, and accounting processes such as reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.

• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective EPM solutions.

• Track record of leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.

• Experience with VB.net and data integration across systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
