Description:

VLink is seeking an Enterprise Architect with a strong background in technology strategy, architecture governance, and technical expertise to lead enterprise-wide technology strategies. The role requires a balance of strategic and hands-on leadership, collaborating across teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Drive Technology Strategy: Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies.

• Establish and Maintain Governance: Define architecture principles, governance, and standards to guide IT initiatives.

• Innovation & Ideation: Evaluate trends, tools, and methodologies to recommend disruptive technologies that transform business models.

• Holistic Solution Architecture: Design practical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of applications, data, and processes across business functions.

• Collaborative Execution: Work across departments to drive alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

• Governance & Risk Management: Enforce architecture governance processes and address potential risks related to resiliency, scalability, and security.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE or Python.

  • 4+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 3 years in enterprise architecture.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and event-driven architecture.

• Data Architecture: Strong background in data integration, analytics, and governance frameworks.

• Programming Skills: Strong Object-Oriented Programming and Design Pattern experience.

• Innovation: Experience in ideating and scaling innovation programs, fostering alignment between IT and business teams.

• Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence and inspire across organizational boundaries.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.

• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management frameworks.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence.

• Strong Database skills, including relational and semi-structured databases.

• DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline management and containerized application deployment.
