Spaulding Ridge, a global advisory and IT implementation firm, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Architect to join their Data Solutions team in North America. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to partner with senior technical leadership and deliver transformative data solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role requires a professional with extensive technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for guiding clients through data-driven business transformation.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading complex data architecture initiatives, mentoring consulting teams, and managing client engagements from initial discovery through to successful delivery. You will architect and oversee end-to-end data transformation projects, including Snowflake-based solutions, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and cloud migration strategies. Additionally, you will play an active role in pre-sales activities by providing subject matter expertise, developing solution designs, and contributing to proposal development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading technical teams to design and implement scalable, cloud-based data solutions.

• Supporting sales efforts through thought leadership and solution expertise.

• Developing data governance frameworks, security models, and integration strategies across enterprise systems.

• Driving adoption of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, and Airflow.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to unify data for advanced analytics and business intelligence.

• Establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to assess solution effectiveness and user adoption.

• Identifying opportunities for account expansion and contributing to practice growth.

• Mentoring team members in best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in enterprise data architecture with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Proven track record in leading Snowflake implementations and data transformation projects.

• Expertise in modern data stack tools (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Airflow).

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud infrastructure.

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments with complex delivery timelines.

• Ability to support pre-sales activities and proposal creation.
