Description:

The Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), École des études préparatoires et des langues, is seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join as Instructors for Success Skills, aimed at preparing students for technical programs in areas such as multidisciplinary computer sciences, trades, and health sciences.

As a teaching professional within this program, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a variety of courses related to success skills within New Brunswick.

• Preparing lesson plans using provided course plans, conducting pre- and post-assessments, and ensuring continuous support and guidance for students.

• Participating in collaborative work tables with colleagues teaching the same program across other CCNB campuses.

• Working closely with other teachers and team members on site to foster a collaborative teaching environment.

• Promoting and enhancing the visibility of the teaching sector.

• Participating in planning new activities within the sector.

• Performing additional tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• At least 3 years of teaching experience with adults.

• Must be a Canadian resident or hold a valid work permit in New Brunswick.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good track record of performance and attendance.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Equivalency Consideration: Candidates with equivalent qualifications in education and experience may also apply.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Part-time, term positions (approx. 18.125 hours/week).

• Start Date: As soon as possible.

• Salary: Based on the current collective agreement for the Education (Teachers) group.
