The company specializes in Agentic AI solutions, enterprise consulting, and the development of autonomous AI agents designed to address real-world business challenges through scalable, intelligent, and enterprise-ready systems.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and custom software integrations for enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in bridging strategy, engineering, and delivery across multiple stages of the product lifecycle—from concept ideation to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-develop AI agents and internal tools to support enterprise-level use cases.

• Design and implement AI workflows using IBM watsonx, integrating them with client systems and applications.

• Contribute across all project phases, including ideation, prototyping, testing, deployment, and continuous iteration.

• Maintain robust code documentation, ensure high-quality coding standards, and follow best development practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, intelligent, and scalable AI-driven software solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Junior to mid-level experience in AI/ML systems or full-stack software development.

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in API development, microservices, and enterprise integrations (REST, SQL/NoSQL).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with IBM watsonx or similar AI platforms such as OpenAI or Groq.

• Understanding of agent-based systems, workflow orchestration, and active learning pipelines.
