Description:
US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Cash Management to support the Cash Management team of a leading global bank. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on strategic projects within the Global Cash Management Competence Center, which has been responsible for defining and steering the worldwide corporate Cash Management strategy since 2010. The selected candidate will contribute to shaping the future of the bank’s Cash Management franchise by supporting critical initiatives related to payables, receivables, and international payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the product vision and align it with key stakeholders, ensuring successful mobilization of plans, budgets, resources, governance, and delivery.
Support the Program Manager in coordinating all program activities including stakeholder alignment, planning, risk management, and preparation of deliverables such as roadmaps, KPIs, and financial reports for senior management committees.
Take ownership of specific initiatives, including governance facilitation, product alignment with central IT, and ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the design of the target operating model for Cash Management operations and servicing, aligned with product development and portfolio growth.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders across business, operations, and IT, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and goal achievement.
Engage in go-to-market actions and ensure successful rollout of new Cash Management initiatives.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory):
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial or banking environments.
Deep knowledge of international payments ecosystems.
Solid understanding of correspondent banking operating models.
Hands-on experience in payments and cash management systems.
