E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

Squamish Water Kefir Co., a fast-growing gut health brand based in Squamish, BC, seeks an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive their online growth across Shopify, Amazon, and digital media channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on performance marketing, subscriber growth, retention, and conversion optimization.

Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube), managing budgets, A/B testing, creative inputs, and performance tracking. The specialist will optimize e-commerce conversions and average order value (AOV), lead retention efforts through email/SMS flows (Klaviyo), offers, and UX improvements. They will also own KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and churn, running experiments to improve landing pages and sales funnels.

The candidate must be local or willing to commute for in-person collaboration, with strong skills in Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and GA4. Experience in subscription models and scaling them is essential. Curiosity about e-commerce trends and willingness to take on multiple roles in a growing team are key.

Preferred candidates will have experience in wellness, supplements, food, or gut health sectors, familiarity with TikTok trends, YouTube ads, Pinterest SEO, and subscription growth.
