R2 Commerce, a top-tier Microsoft Gold Partner, is actively seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join their growing and award-winning consultancy team. This role focuses on delivering cutting-edge D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations to a diverse, multi-national client base.

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in end-to-end project delivery, including business analysis, functional design, configuration, user training, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:
🔎 Business Analysis & Process Mapping — Engage with clients to gather and document functional requirements and map out business processes.
📑 Functional Design Documentation (FDD) — Develop detailed FDDs to capture design specifications and solutions.
⚙️ System Configuration & Testing — Install and configure D365 F&O, while conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system alignment.
👩‍🏫 User Training & Go-Live Support — Deliver comprehensive key user training, provide hands-on support during go-live, and lead post-implementation process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Functional Analyst in Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
✅ Strong understanding of D365 F&O/ Dynamics AX ERP.
✅ Broad business process knowledge across areas such as finance, manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, transport, sales, or commerce.
✅ Hands-on expertise in managing the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from initial analysis to post-go-live optimization.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
