Description:
Our client is seeking a D365 Functional Analyst to assist in their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation project. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with D365 in a functional capacity, preferably with migration or post-migration support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis and GAP analysis with end-users to implement and enhance D365 F&O functionalities.
- Perform future-state process mapping and propose system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on D365 F&O.
- Customize SSRS reports within D365 F&O for financial and operational reporting.
- Handle patch management and system upgrades.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for D365 F&O.
- Collaborate with vendors and senior stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) as a BSA or Functional Consultant.
- Experience with D365 migration projects or post-migration support.
- Strong ability to communicate and interact with vendors and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with customizing SSRS reports in D365.
