Description:
LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, is seeking a Duck Creek Business Analyst to support the implementation and management of Duck Creek solutions for Property & Casualty insurance products (HO3, HO6). The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, designing solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver business-aligned digital solutions.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and workflows; produce functional specifications and use cases.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions.
Maintain clear communication with mid- and senior-level stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes.
Review requirements and estimate work effort for implementation.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; 4+ years in P&C insurance.
Experience managing product implementation on Duck Creek platform.
Strong insurance domain knowledge, particularly HO3 and HO6 products.
Proficient in business analysis, documentation, and solution design.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders.
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Must comply with LTIMindtree COVID-19 vaccination mandate (or submit accommodation request).
Onsite work in Mississauga, ON; hybrid model.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
