Description:

LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, is seeking a Duck Creek Business Analyst to support the implementation and management of Duck Creek solutions for Property & Casualty insurance products (HO3, HO6). The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, designing solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver business-aligned digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze business processes and workflows; produce functional specifications and use cases.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions.

• Maintain clear communication with mid- and senior-level stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes.

• Review requirements and estimate work effort for implementation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; 4+ years in P&C insurance.

• Experience managing product implementation on Duck Creek platform.

• Strong insurance domain knowledge, particularly HO3 and HO6 products.

• Proficient in business analysis, documentation, and solution design.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders.

• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Additional Requirements:
