Drupal Lead Developer

Raas Infotek Corporation is seeking a Drupal Lead Developer to take a pivotal role in advancing its digital and web strategies. This remote position is ideal for a full-stack expert with Drupal leadership experience, aiming to deliver a personalized and compelling web experience for various user groups including plan sponsors, advisors, and individual clients.

As a Lead Developer, you'll be tasked with developing and maintaining Drupal CMS in an Acquia environment, managing multi-site configurations, and implementing Lift personalization. You’ll collaborate across teams, including project managers, UX/UI designers, and business strategists to align development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and maintenance of Drupal CMS and Acquia-hosted marketing sites

• Build and deploy new components, modules, and features based on business needs

• Manage new code bases and configurations including Lift personalization

• Determine content and UX component needs for new page creation

• Support development of custom, non-Drupal applications

• Lead offshore development teams and transition toward a managed services model

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including requirement gathering, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Generate and report Service Level metrics for project visibility and improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3–5 years of Drupal 8/9 development experience

• Strong experience with Acquia Cloud, Composer, and Drush

• Frontend development skills in Angular, React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js

• Database proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Capable of developing custom Drupal modules and integrating 3rd-party APIs

• Experience with Git-based version control and command-line tools

• Strong collaboration, communication, and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acquia Grand Master certification is highly preferred

• Familiarity with Drupal 8/9 configuration management best practices
