Description:
Lead the Network That’s Connecting the Prairies Director of IT | Hybrid — Southern Manitoba / Southeastern Saskatchewan | RFNOW Inc.
It’s a pivotal moment at RFNOW. We’re building out the fibre networks that bring high-speed internet and telecommunications services to communities across Manitoba and Saskatchewan — and we’re looking for a Director of IT to help shape what that infrastructure looks like for years to come.
If you thrive in a high-energy, high-performance environment where you actually get to influence strategy (not just execute someone else’s), where something new gets built every quarter, and where the work matters to real communities — we’d love to talk to you.
The Role
Reporting to the VP, Network and Field Operations, you’ll own the day-to-day management of our fibre network and infrastructure, plus all technical activities for a fast-growing infrastructure-based telecom. This is hands-on leadership: you’ll direct new service development, network planning and engineering, build-out, operations, and performance assurance. You’ll manage the ICT portfolio that keeps our network reliable and our support services responsive.
In short — real ownership of something that matters.
