Director Of Financial Reporting

Description:

Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of monthly reconciliations for all clients. 
Supervise a team of Financial Analysts and Junior Financial Analysts through active coaching and

mentoring, setting objectives and talent management. 
Develop and maintain a best practice environment for the team and harmonize processes. 
Benchmark delivery standards and encourage a continuous improvement culture to meet or

exceed those benchmark standards. 
Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure they are aware of all accounting/reporting

matters for the team to complete the client P&Ls.

Required Skills: 

Strong attention to detail 

Able to work within tight deadlines and excel in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment 

Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills 

Prior supervision experience that demonstrates the ability to mentor and train a team of staff 

Must possess a desire to effect change and make a difference in the organization 

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 

CPA or MBA preferred 

CPG experience preferred
