You will be responsible for leading and mentoring teams, ensuring optimal project performance, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. This role requires a balance of strong leadership, business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor teams to achieve business objectives while maintaining positive morale.

• Oversee project performance, budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Drive business development strategy and generate new business opportunities.

• Develop future leaders within the organization (Leads, Principals, Directors).

• Lead senior client relationships and ensure high-impact project delivery.

• Provide structured feedback, coaching, and support for team development.

• Participate in monthly governance and business improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to scaling initiatives and implement internal improvement programs.

• Travel as required to client sites for team and project engagement.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of consulting or operations leadership experience.

• Proven track record in organizational change management and project implementation.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Technical proficiency with ability to analyze complex data.

• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with travel.
