The Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) is dedicated to funding groundbreaking cancer research and providing compassionate support to individuals and families affected by cancer across Canada. We are looking for a Digital User Experience Coordinator to support our Senior Manager, Digital User Experience in executing digital campaigns, managing web content updates, and optimizing user experience across all CCS digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Maintain and update web content using the content management system (CMS), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and UX best practices.
- Website Optimization: Update the homepage and campaign-specific pages, ensuring content consistency, engagement, and conversion optimization.
- Visual & Design Support: Edit, optimize, and select images for digital assets while maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct content testing and audits to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with branding and accessibility guidelines.
- User Experience Enhancement: Assist in implementing UX strategies and best practices to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Wireframing & Data Insights: Support the development of functional prototypes and analyze data to ensure campaigns meet UX and engagement objectives.
- Data & File Management: Conduct digital audits, maintain data integrity, and organize files across CCS digital properties.
- Process Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of team documentation, processes, and training materials for consistency and accessibility.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital projects with organizational goals and campaign timelines.
- Administrative Support: Act as the primary contact for digital user experience inquiries and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
